Legal Terms and Conditions of Participation: "First Bites"

1. Object and Organizer

The “First Bites” event is an initiative of CASA ÁNGELA TAPAS, SL , with tax identification number B67015446 and registered address at Plaza Sagrada Familia, 15, 08025 Barcelona (hereinafter, “The Organizer” or “Pötstot”). The event consists of a speed dating format designed for people who share a vegan and gluten-free lifestyle.

2. Requirements and Right of Admission

  • Age: Participants must be between 30 and 39 years old (inclusive) on the day of the event.

  • Verification: It is mandatory to present your original ID or official document. Failure to provide proof of identity or failure to meet the age requirement will result in immediate exclusion without refund.

  • Participation ratio: The Organizer strives to maintain a balance of profiles, but does not guarantee an exact number or absolute parity of attendees.

3. Allergens and Food Safety

Given that the event takes place in a gastronomic setting:

  • Pötstot guarantees that the products served during the event are vegan and gluten-free.

  • However, participants are required to report any additional allergies or intolerances (nuts, soy, etc.) at the time of registration. The organizer is not responsible for allergic reactions not previously reported.

4. Cancellation and "No Show" Policy

  • No Refunds: Once the ticket has been purchased, no refunds will be issued for non-attendance, delay or unilateral withdrawal by the participant.

  • Punctuality: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Out of respect for the other participants, once the activity has begun, the Organizer reserves the right to restrict access to avoid disrupting the flow of rotations.

5. Image Rights

The participant expressly authorizes Pötstot to capture their image (photo/video) for promotional purposes on social networks and the web.

Privacy note: If a participant wishes not to appear in promotional materials, they must inform the organization in writing before the start of the event.

6. Code of Conduct and Disclaimer

  • Respect: No offensive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior will be tolerated. The Organizer may expel any attendee who disrupts the event, without refund.

  • Limitation of Liability: Pötstot provides the space, but is not responsible for the veracity of the data declared by the attendees or for what happens between them during or after the event (including the exchange of private personal data).

  • Safety: The participant is responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

The data will be processed by CASA ÁNGELA TAPAS, SL for:

  • Event management: Execution of the participation contract.

  • Security: Identity verification.

  • Communications: Sending logistical information and, if accepted, future promotions.

  • Rights: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion by sending an email to hello@potstot.com
